What’s to Love in Las Vegas? Plenty!

Welcome to Las Vegas sign

In a recent issue of Conde Nast Traveler, 15 of the top hotels and resorts in Vegas were listed with the top five being:

– Wynn and Encore for their amazing views of the strip
– The Four Seasons for its Spa, staff and views
– The Palazzo Las Vegas and The Venetian for their luxurious experiences
– The Bellagio for its Tuscan-inspired design at the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens and the Fountains of Bellagio where more than 1,000 fountains dance to the music from Pavarotti to Sinatra

Las Vegas Convention Center

For any group, meeting or convention Las Vegas is an outstanding destination. It’s easily accessible by air from anywhere in the world. The room rates and food and beverage rates are affordable, and entertainment is everywhere at reasonable costs. A group can certainly have its needs customized easily at this destination. The city offers an abundance of hotels, restaurants, entertainment and convention and meeting choices, each outlet is an expert on hosting meetings and conventions. There is so much to choose from there isn’t enough time or space to tell it all, but I will attempt to give you some highlighted information.

When you think of Las Vegas, you think of the casinos, and there are more games today than ever before. Today you can play blackjack just steps from a go-go dancer, and penny slots are available from the moment you step off and back onto the airplane.

Changing Landscape

This city is constantly changing and shifting, and keeping up with every new development in Vegas can become head spinning. A major development in the city’s hotel scene that may interest you is Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace. This was one of the biggest recent openings–a project developed by celebrity chef Nobu Matushisa and actor Robert De Niro. The hotel is a separate tower within Caesars Palace, offering a distinct experience from the other towers within the complex. This tower offers some amazing suites and would certainly be one to consider for those upcoming board of directors meetings.

Caesars Palace remains one the leading luxury hotel and casino companies in Vegas with one of the city’s largest shopping complexes right on property, not to mention spectacular cuisine and spas throughout. Each tower offers a different price range and can fit almost any budget. One of the most affordable best bets in Vegas happens to be in Caesar’s Octavius Tower, which recently opened adding 686 rooms and suites to the property’s inventory. Caesar’s has a dedicated entrance for this wing on Flamingo Road, the boutique hotel-within-a-hotel features richly detailed dĂ©cor and direct access to flat screen TVs, a media hub, lavish baths, etc.
