3. If you are still convinced that there is definitely a future for your brand/product in the world of wearable technology, take the time to conduct scenario planning.
Take the time and identify the future scenarios in which this new technology can be beneficial to your audience. Figure out how your products positioning can intersect this scenario.
This is where the fun starts. I know it is difficult to set time aside for this type of exercise, but if you develop a process that is integrated with your objectives and strategies, you will save a lot of time and money by not going into a hype-induced goose chase after every article or newly created expert conference in Florida idea.
Personally, I cant wait until we finally have a good old-fashioned Star Trek transporter widely available.
