Once you become adept at focusing your thoughts it will be easier and more efficient.
Since I was a child, I’ve always felt I could make things I wanted come true. Now I know why.
I had no idea that what I was using was a universal law that I could tap into purposefully with the focus on my thoughts and what I was visualizing in my mind. We are all in a never ending co-creative process manifestation in our lives. Whether we understand it or not, whether consciously or unconsciously, like attracts like.
Therefore, when we fall into a negative spiral, we begin to feel like everything is going wrong all at once, but when we are succeeding, we feel like we are “on a roll”.
When we spend time thinking that we are victims of the circumstances we are faced with, our mind often paralyzes us with thoughts of doubt, worry or fear. When we are continuously pondering negative and mainly unconscious thoughts, we attract negative unwanted circumstances by default. Without being able to acknowledge it, our unconscious thought patterns are to blame for our illnesses, tragedies, and financial difficulties.
Much like the laws of gravity and relativity, the law of attraction is a fundamental principle of the way that the universe operates.
The Law of Attraction because is a strong force which never rest and never stops working. Unlike luck, randomness, numerology, astrology, or even psychology, statistics have no significance under the Law of Attraction, and there are no odds. Therefore, regardless of how well you understand it, it will still manifest for you either consciously (if you actively use it) or unconsciously (if you are unaware of how your beliefs affect your reality).
Everything in the universe is composed of energy, and that includes your thoughts and ideas. A thought that appears in your mind creates a mental image that eventually becomes a physical reality. Your mental habits influence how you perceive, evaluate, and interact with everything around you, from your relationships to your environment to your financial situation and therefore to the experience that you are having in life. It appears as what you think about and has an impact on every part of your life.
Our ability to focus our thoughts is the driving force behind The Law of Attraction.
Focusing on a single thought purely and clearly for a short duration of time becomes the starting point. Once you become adept at focusing your thoughts it will be easier and more efficient. When we begin to practice mindfulness, understand our thought patterns, and uncover the power of the law of attraction, we can master our ability to consciously create the reality we desire.
